English, “You’re beautiful”.

Latin, “Tau bellissmo”.

I guess you mean “You’re beautiful” and this is in Latin
(Tu) pulcher es (if addressed to a man) or
(Tu) pulchra es (if addressed to a woman)

You can omit the pronoun “tu”.

If instead of you’re beautiful (adj.) you mean your beauty (noun) that’s “tua pulchritudo” (both for masc. and fem., at the nominative) or also “pulchritudo tua”.
