What Is The Coolest, Easiest Language To Learn? Italian, Russian, Latin?
This depends entirely on where you live, what your native language is and what environment you live in.
Assuming your native language is English and you live in America, Spanish would be a good choice because of immigrants and influence from Mexicans and other Spanish speaking people, its the easiest Romance (descendant of latin) Language to learn and in your environment you may have immigrants or Spanish speakers which will allow you easily to practice. Spanish also has a very simplistic grammar and it contains many sounds which are found in English and are not common in other languages, such as the ‘th’ in ‘thing’.
If you live in, say, Canada or the UK then French may be a good option. English is a Germanic Language which went through massive changes once the Normans took control of England in 1066. Many thousands of words were borrowed from French and are in use every day by us and we don’t even know we’re using them. Also English received many words from Latin which French descended from. If you live in Canada it may give you a better chance to get a job and i suppose it would be quite easy to find a French community somewhere and immerse yourself in it. If you’re in the UK, French is a very prestigious language and taught in every school, you could easily find ways to learn it here, and also France is just a train journey/flight away from the UK.
However, these are not the only languages which would be useful to learn and also easy to learn. One of Englishes closest relatives is German. I study German and live in Germany and i have to say its really similar to English, not only in terms of vocabulary but sentence structure and expressions as well, although the verbs sometimes don’t go in the same place as English. German is a very useful language as well if you live in Europe and want to go into some sort of business career since its the most spoken language in Europe and Germany is the biggest economy in Europe, 3rd biggest in the world. Learning German can be fun too, it has a great culture and the people are really nice.
However, these aren’t the only languages which are easy to learn for a Native English speaker. Some of these languages are:
German,
Dutch,
Norwegian,
Swedish,
French,
Spanish,
Italian
Out of what you’ve suggested, Italian would definately be the most easy and will open a gateway into you learning another Romance language in the future if you wished. Plus you wouldn’t have to learn a new script like you would if you chose Russian
Although i’ve talked about all these different languages and how similar they are to English, how useful it can be to speak them and how easy, the main factor in learning a Language is determination. If you’re determined enough to learn Chinese you can do this probably easier than learning French if you weren’t determined.
I recommend German but good luck with whatever you choose!
Lastly, something i’ve found useful in language learning is this video on youtube. It gives really good websites you can learn from and is really effective.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYO5aw4wP…

Is This Quote In Latin Correct? Also This In Italian.?
I have two quotes I’m thinking about getting as a tattoo.
Ex abundancia cordis, os loquitor – From the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks
I got that from a Latin quote site but I’m not sure if it’s correct.
Temer o amor é temer a vida – To fear love is to fear life
And that my friend sent to me.
I wanted to know if they were correct before I get them PERMENANTLY tattooed on myself.
