My son is 2 and I have heard it is easier for children to learn a second language when they are young. I myself only speak English but I would really like for him to learn Latin. That being said can you suggest helpful resources for teaching him Latin and/or suggest fun ways for him to learn a second language.
I would not just sit my son down in front of the computer. I fully understand him and how attentive he is. My plan is to learn a few words and then relay those words to him in everyday situations. Child care EXPERTS say that it is ideal for children to learn at a young age while their minds are like a sponge. Surely I could just sit him in front of a bilingual show or toy but I prefer to take a different approach, to foster and encourage him to learn while we spend time together.
